I am happy with my results, and will continue to work towards my goal.  I am excited to get back down to 160 lbs.  So far I have lost 10 of the 60 pounds.  It takes patience, but I'm excited for the change. My body is adjusting to the diet that I'm on.  It's really hard when my friends are going out to eat, or eating late at night after the movies, etc.  I know that it is worth it.
